New Jersey is known as a cultural melting pot. Ellis Island, a historical arrival point for many immigrants is just off the coast, after all This diversity creates many sophisticated communities with very unique cultural traditions. New Jersey schools are no exception. While Princeton and Seton Hall are easy to recognize, there are numerous other New Jersey schools from which an Army student can choose.

Newark is the largest city in New Jersey and known as a major financial and business center. For Army members who are seeking an even more urban experience, New York City is just across the harbor. New Jersey schools are possible locations for those with an appreciation for sophisticated cultural experiences. New Jersey's proximity to the Atlantic Ocean makes for numerous recreation outlets with beaches, coastline and scenery to behold. Fort Dix, Fort Monmouth and Picatinny Arsenal comprise New Jersey's three Army post locations, making the state a very Army-friendly location to consider.
