Given a NBC marking set, grease pencil, NBC 4 Report, and MOPP gear with assigned protective mask. You are in a simulated tactical environment where nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons have been used and contamination has been located and identified.

Verify that the appropriate marker is selected. Verify that required information is recorded on the marker. For DULLRAM contamination, ensure soldiers write the words “SUSPECTED DULLRAM” on the radiological contamination marker. Verify that the marker is emplaced properly. Verify that the information recorded on the NBC 4 Report is correct. Ensure the NBC 4 Report is properly submitted.

CONDITIONS:

a.) That the marker with the yellow background and the word GAS written in red lettering is selected.

b.) That required information is recorded on the marker.

Identify the requirements and submission for an NBC 4 Report.

CONDITIONS:

Given a completed NBC 4 Report.

STANDARD:

Verify that the information recorded on the NBC 4 Report is correct. Ensure the NBC 4 Report is properly submitted.
