ATTACKS FROM THE GUARD
(1) Step 1. If the enemy places his hand on the ground, grasp it around the wrist.

(2) Step 2. Release your legs and sit up. Reach over and around his arm grasping your own wrist.

(3) Step 3. Keep your legs tight against his sides to prevent him stepping over them, and sit back.

(4) Step 4. Move your hips out from under him and finish by rotating your torso to attack his shoulder joint. Ensure that his arm is held at 90 degrees and not up behind his back.
