Introduction:, a website owned and operated by QuinStreet, Inc. (“QuinStreet” or “Sponsor”) is sponsoring a Twitter Contest (#ASGTankTag) (the “Contest”).


Eligibility:  Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law or regulation. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.  Any entries not eligible for any reason will be disqualified from receiving any award.  Any entrant that is provided an award and is later determined to have been ineligible, will be required to return such award of monetary or material value within 7 days upon notification of disqualification and ineligibility. Employees of QuinStreet and its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, and their immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents), and all those with whom such employees are domiciled, are NOT eligible to participate in the Contest.

To enter:  Entrants must be following @ArmyStudyGuide on Twitter.  In order to be considered a participant, entrants must tag @ArmyStudyGuide via Tweet.  The Tweet must include a link to as well as the #ASGTankTag hashtag.  (Ex:  “@ArmyStudyGuide Prepare for domination! #ASGTankTag.”)  From there, entrants can tag any one of their friends.  This paintball must also include a link to as well as the #ASGTankTag hashtag.  The person that is tagged has one hour to respond to the person who tagged them.  The game will continue between two entrants until one hour has passed without a response from the one of the two tweeps at war.  Whoever was the last to tag, will win one point.  At the end of each week, whoever has the most points will win a prize.   Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, and misdirected entries.  Any reproduced entries are not eligible and will be disqualified.  Limit one (1) prize per person and per e-mail address, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address and regardless of whether or not the person participates after winning.   Entrants must have an email address and Twitter account to enter the contest.

Once a contestant has submitted an entry for the Contest, such contestant agrees that Sponsor shall own the entry submitted (including all rights embodied therein) and that Sponsor and its designees may exploit, edit, modify, display and distribute the entry and all elements of such entry, including, without limitation, the email address, names and likenesses of any persons or locations embodied therein, in any and all media now known or not currently known, throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification to entrant or any third party.

Flip Cam Award: Beginning each Monday, from January 31, 2011 until March 11, 2011, each contestant who tags @ArmyStudyGuide will be considered for entry.  QuinStreet Media will moderate the #ASGTankTang feed and tally points.  @ArmyStudyGuide will declare a winner in each battle.  The winner will receive a Flip Cam.   All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the award recipient’s sole responsibility. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize will be issued except that QuinStreet may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.  Odds of receiving an award depend on number of eligible entries received.

Award Notification:  The award recipient will be notified via a Twitter reply each Friday at 4pm (PST).  The potential award recipient must respond to his or her reply within 3 days of receipt or he or she will be disqualified.  Noncompliance with the foregoing, these official rules, Sponsor’s inability to contact a potential award recipient within a reasonable time period or prize notification returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion, a runner-up may be notified.

By accepting any award, the recipient grants QuinStreet and its designees the right to use his/her name, city and state of residence, likeness and biographical information in any and all media for any purposes throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice or permission, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability: QuinStreet and its affiliates will not be responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or entries that are lost due to computer, Internet, or electronic malfunction. QuinStreet reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest and award the prize through an alternate means if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Contest, as determined by it in its sole discretion. Entrants agree that QuinStreet, its promotion partners, affiliates, agencies, and their respective employees or officers shall not be liable for injury, losses, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this Contest or acceptance of or use or misuse of an award or parts thereof. Entrants completely release Twitter in connection with this Contest. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.

Additional Terms:  Entrants acknowledge that this Content is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter.  Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to QuinStreet, not Twitter.  Anyone found to use multiple Twitter accounts will be ineligible.  Multiple entries in a single day by the same entrant may not be accepted.

Governing Law; Venue:  This Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of California without reference to its choice of law principles. The entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in San Mateo County in the State of California and the federal courts located in the Northern District of California, with respect to disputes hereunder.
