Conditions:
You are a squad/section leader and must
assess your subordinates and make
recommendations as to actions,
qualifications, potential, and experience
for pertinent personnel actions.

soldier on actions required to maintain or
obtain eligibility for appropriate personnel
action. Provided recommendation/input to
