  • Sleeplessness

      
  • Anytime, but especially last trimester

      
  • Try a warm bath prior to bed.

  • Do not have stimulating activity before bed.

  • Use relaxation techniques.

  • Get in a comfortable position to sleep; place pillows between legs and under lower abdomen.
