Nasal Stuffiness and Bleeding

First trimester and again at term.

Use a humidifier / vaporizer if air is dry.

Can use over the counter decongestant such as Pseudoephedrine as directed.  Always check with your healthcare provider prior to using any medications while pregnant.

Use a saline nasal spray.

Avoid using nasal decongestant sprays.

If your nasal stuffiness occurs often and is difficult to control, tell your healthcare provider.

Blow your nose gently.
