Discomfort When What you can do to help
      
  • Leg Cramps

      
  • Second half of pregnancy

      
  • Extra potassium or calcium may help.  Try to eat a banana every day or drinking a glass of milk.

  • When you get a leg cramp: Stand up on flat surface or point your ankle and toes as if you were standing or trying to walk or curling your toes.
