Discomfort When What you can do to help
      
  • Headaches

      
  • First Half of pregnancy

      
  • Avoid eyestrain.

  • Rest eyes frequently and take frequent computer breaks.

  • Use mild analgesics as directed.

  • Avoid aspirin and other pain medications, unless you have dicussed their use with your healthcare provider.
