Discomfort When What you can do to help
      
  • Flatulence

      
  • Anytime, especially after 20 weeks

      
  • Try to schedule your daily bowel movement.

  • Avoid gas-forming foods such as beans, cabbage and sodas.

  • Increase bulk and water to diet.

  • Increase exercise.
