All you need is a baby doll and some diapers and a stop watch or clock for this game. Blindfold a guest and have them diaper the baby doll. The guest with the quickest and best looking diapering job is the winner

For even more fun, split the guests into teams of two and have two guests blindfolded at one time. Tell them that they can each only use one hand to diaper the baby doll. The team with the quickest and best looking diapering job wins.
