Schools in South Carolina Near Fort Jackson

As the U.S. Army's largest Initial Entry Training Center, Fort Jackson trains half of all men and women entering the Army each year. With more than 3,900 active duty soldiers and their family members at any given point, the base is an epicenter of military life and community support.

The nearest city is Columbia, SC, which is located in the center of the state and is home to mild weather and plenty of outdoor activities.
