I had a dog whose name was Blue
He wanted to go to the K9 school
But he wouldn't bark and he wouldn't bite
He wouldn't chase bad guys late at night
So I took his bowl and I took his chow
And that motivated his bow-wow

Now he's hardcore, all the way
Now he's hardcore, every day
He can run, to the sun
Pretty soon, so can you
Look out, it's K9
Watch out, for K9

Blue liked to run but he ran too far
So he wanted to ride in the police car
He huffed and he puffed and he moved real slow
Then he sat on his butt and he wouldn't go
So I pulled his leash and I helped him move
Now he's 48 teeth with an attitude

Now he's hardcore, all the way
Now he's hardcore, every day
He can run, to the sun
pretty soon, so can you
Look out, it's K9
