Sitting around with no where to go,
Talking to Jody and smoking a bowl.
When my recruiter came to me,
say watcha wanna be.
I told him lean mean and green,
US Army Infantry, That is what I want to be.
He put me on a silver jet,
thats a ride I won't forget.
I landed in a barbers chair,
spun me around I had no hair.
I called my baby on the phone,
told her I wasn't coming home.
She cried and begged me please,
come back home just for me.
I said, hey baby don't sweat,
I haven't met my match yet, and when I do I'll do my best
