      You Can Search for NCOER Bullets by choosing any combination of the three choices (Bullet Type, Bullet Level, or Key Key Words in the example) in the search form.  Leaving a choice blank will result in all choices listed to be shown (Bullet Level left blank will show all Excellence, Needs Improvement, Senior Rater and Success Bullets).

Before you submit a bullet or two to add to the NCOER Bullet Database, please make sure that unless you are submitting a "Senior Rater Comment", please be sure to fill in both the "Bullet Type" and "Bullet Level" along with providing an example.  We took this offline for a week and you would be surprised how many emails we got from people looking for it.  People use this to help get ideas, please don't waste their time and don't waste ours by submitting information which should not be included or is not completely filled out.
