The Green to Gold Program seeks talented young enlisted soldiers who want to earn a commission as an Army officer. Quality enlisted soldiers with leadership potential, who have served at least two years on active duty, are allowed to voluntary request discharge from active duty to enroll in the Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC).
