MILPER MESSAGE NUMBER : 04-044 AHRC-PDT-PM FY04 HOLIDAY EARLY TRANSITION PROGRAM

1. The Holiday Early Transition Program, under the provisions of AR 635-200, is canceled for FY04. Current separation and out processing procedures for soldiers remain in effect.
