MILPER MESSAGE NUMBER : 05-240 AHRC-MSE-R CODE 19 FOR OER SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS END

1. REFERENCE:

A. MILPER MESSAGE NUMBER 04-236

2. THIS MESSAGE WILL EXPIRE NLT JANUARY 2006; HOWEVER, THE PROCEDURES WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL SUPERSEDED, RESCINDED OR INCORPORATED IN A FUTURE REVISION OF AR 623-105 AND DA PAM 623-105.

3. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, THE OER SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS HRC DIRECTED (CODE 19) REPORT FOR CPT, LT, CW2 AND WO1 ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED. WE HAVE ACHIEVED THE OBJECTIVE OF ENSURING THAT ALL OFFICERS RECEIVED AN APPROPRIATE REPORT AND ARE IN FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REVISED EVALUATION SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.

4. ADDRESS REQUESTS FOR ADDITIONAL POLICY GUIDANCE OR CLARIFICATION CONCERNING THE TRANSITION TO CDR, AHRC, ATTN: AHRC-MSE (EVALUATION SYSTEMS OFFICE), 200 STOVALL ST.
